Schedflow Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Schedflow may process, how that information is used to support scheduling and productivity features, and what controls you have over your data.
Summary
Schedflow is an intelligent scheduling app that helps users manage tasks, arrange schedules, track focus sessions, and build personalized preferences. We aim to process only the information necessary to provide core functionality, and we prefer to keep your data on your device whenever possible.
If future versions introduce cloud sync, remote AI services, or third-party scheduling providers, this policy should be updated accordingly.
1. Information We May Collect
- Task information you enter, such as task title, due date, estimated duration, category, priority, and notes.
- Preference settings you configure in the app, such as work hours, unavailable time, energy curve, and task-type preferences.
- Usage records generated while using the app, such as focus duration, task completion status, edits, and rescheduling behavior.
- Notification-related permissions and settings, when you grant access for reminders.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide task creation, editing, display, deletion, and lookup features.
- To generate and update schedules, including local auto-scheduling and priority suggestions.
- To record focus and completion history and help you review trends over time.
- To send reminders based on your settings and improve the app’s usability, stability, and personalization.
3. Data Storage and Processing
In the current version, core task data, user preferences, and local scheduling results are generally stored on your device. Unless the app clearly states otherwise and obtains your consent, we do not proactively upload your personal schedule data to third-party servers.
If future versions add cloud sync, remote scheduling, or large language model services, we will explain what data is uploaded, why it is needed, and how it is used before such features are enabled.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell or publicly share your personal information except in the following cases:
- You explicitly authorize or request such sharing.
- It is required to comply with applicable laws, legal processes, or regulatory obligations.
- It is necessary to protect the legitimate rights and safety of Schedflow, users, or the public.
5. Your Choices and Rights
- You may view, edit, or delete most tasks and settings you create in the app.
- You may disable system notification permissions at any time.
- You may remove locally stored information by deleting the app or clearing app data.
- You may contact us if you have questions about privacy or data handling.
6. Children’s Privacy
If you are a minor, please use Schedflow under the guidance of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect sensitive information from minors where consent is legally required but not obtained.
7. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or service improvements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. If material changes are made, we will try to provide appropriate notice.
